SKINCARE ROUTINE
Hello again ladies (maybe some guys..hoho)
Alright, i wanna share today about my daily skincare routine..it's more like for normal skin type..just a basic one such as cleansing, moisturising and other basic one..so,shall we get start.?
1) For cleansing i use GARNIER LIGHT COMPLETE PURE LEMON ESSENCE. it got pleasant smell(for me la) and quite cosy to use as a daily cleansing. you can use it once or twice daily after having a hectic day!gosh!
3) Then i use a GARNIER LIGHT COMPLETE DAY CREAM to moisturise my skin all day..seriously u will feel that your skin moisturise :D they also can help protect your skin from the environment -- applying moisturizer creates a barrier on your skin that keeps oils from escaping and harmful outside elements from causing dryness or irritation.

2) After using GARNIER FOAM, wipe your face using clean towel or tissues.. then i use a GARNIER LIGHT COMPLETE TONER to remove oil and traces of dirt and grime.. toners are most helpful and necessary for people with oily or acne-prone skin, or for people who want extra cleansing after wearing makeup or other heavy skin products such as sun screen..it also for shrinking the pores, adds a layer of protection and refresh the skin.

4) Lastly i will put on GARNIER SAKURA WHITE PINKISH RADIANCE WHITENING CREAM to make my face look pinkish naturally without using blusher.. the smell is sweet with a hint of sourness, I could almost smell an apple out of it eventhough its not.
ok ladies,,that's all for my daily skincare routine..you can get all this from Watson, Guardian or any shopping mall..GOOD LUCK GIGIRLS.!ouh, before i forget, here an example video that i got from youtube about daily skincare and way to do simple make up look..enjoy.!

Yogurt Recipe for Sunburned Skin
- 1 cup natural yogurt (we like it just-out-of-the-fridge cold and I love the brand Fage's "Total," because it's creamy and thick)
- ½ cup oatmeal (any type of basic oatmeal works here)
- A few drops of honey
- Mix the ingredients together.
Apply to the skin for 10-15 minutes.
Wash off mask with a washcloth steamed in the microwave (careful that it's not too hot).
Oatmeal and Yogurt Face Mask
This face mask is suitable for all skin types and is super simple to prepare.. it will cleanse and rejuvenate your skin.
- 1 tbsp oatmeal, finely ground
- 1 tbsp live, organic yogurt (skip the flavored stuff)
- A few drops of honey
Add the yogurt to the oatmeal in a small bowl and mix together..warm a few drop of honey. To do this, warm a spoon under hot water for a minute, then add a few drops of honey to the spoon..stir the honey into the yogurt and oatmeal mixture..apply the mask to the face. Leave it on for 10 minutes, then rinse off with several splashes of warm water. Follow with a warm washcloth..apply moisturizer.
Selamat mencuba sayang sekalian!

As easy as ABC for your kid: Puffed Rice Snowballs!
Ingredients:
- Cooking spray
- 2 cups mini marshmallows
- 3 tablespoons unsalted butter
- 1 teaspoon light agave syrup
- Kosher salt
- 4 cups puffed-rice cereal
- 1/4 cup dried apricots, diced (about 2 ounces)
- 2 tablespoons flaxseeds, ground
- 2 tablespoons roasted unsalted hulled sunflower seeds
Directions:
- Spray a large metal mixing bowl with cooking spray and set aside.
- Cook the marshmallows, butter, agave and 1/4 teaspoon salt in a medium saucepan over medium heat, stirring frequently, until the marshmallows are completely melted and the mixture is blended, about 3 minutes. Remove from the heat, add the puffed rice and stir to coat with the marshmallow-butter mixture.
- Transfer the rice mixture to the prepared bowl and sprinkle with the apricots, flaxseeds and sunflower seeds. Stir with a wooden spoon or hands lightly coated with cooking spray. Form into 8 logs or balls (about 1/2 cup each). Let cool about 30 minutes, then wrap tightly in parchment or plastic wrap.
KIDS WARNING: Note to parents: Never leave a child unattended in the kitchen. These recipes are appropriate for children of various ages, 4 to 10. When a recipe calls for cooking on the stove or using a paring knife, an adult should do those activities and let the child assist, if age appropriate

Easy Tips for Planning a Healthy Diet and Sticking to it
First of all, healthy eating is not about strict dietary limitations, staying unrealistically thin, or depriving yourself of the foods you love. Rather, it’s about feeling great, having more energy, improving your outlook, and stabilizing your mood. If you feel overwhelmed by all the conflicting nutrition and diet advice out there, you’re not alone. It seems that for every expert who tells you a certain food is good for you, you’ll find another saying exactly the opposite. But by using these simple tips, you can cut through the confusion and learn how to create a tasty, varied, and healthy diet that is as good for your mind as it is for your body.
“Instead of emphasizing one nutrient, we need to move to food-based recommendations. What we eat should be whole, minimally processed, nutritious food—food that is in many cases as close to its natural form as possible.” –Dariush Mozaffarian, Dean of the Friedman School of Nutrition, Tufts University.

Healthy eating tip 1: Set yourself up for success
To set yourself up for success, think about planning a healthy diet as a number of small, manageable steps—like adding a salad to your diet once a day—rather than one big drastic change. As your small changes become habit, you can continue to add more healthy choices.
- Prepare more of your own meals.- for me myself i love to cook by my own rather than eat outside. This is because we know all the ingredient that we put in how healthy enough for the rest of the family.
- Make the right changes.- Replacing dangerous trans fats with healthy fats (such as switching fried chicken for grilled fish) will make a positive difference to your health. Switching animal fats for refined carbohydrates, though (such as switching your breakfast bacon for a donut), won’t lower your risk for heart disease or improve your mood.
- Simplify. Instead of being overly concerned with counting calories, think of your diet in terms of color, variety, and freshness. Focus on avoiding packaged and processed foods and opting for more fresh ingredients.
- Read the labels. It’s important to be aware of what’s in your food as manufacturers often hide large amounts of sugar or unhealthy fats in packaged food, even food claiming to be healthy.
- Drink plenty of water. Water helps flush our systems of waste products and toxins, yet many people go through life dehydrated—causing tiredness, low energy, and headaches. It’s common to mistake thirst for hunger, so staying well hydrated will also help you make healthier food choices.
It's not just what you eat, but when you eat
- Eat breakfast, and eat smaller meals throughout the day. A healthy breakfast can jumpstart your metabolism, while eating small, healthy meals (rather than the standard three large meals) keeps your energy up.
- Avoid eating at night. Try to eat dinner earlier and fast for 14-16 hours until breakfast the next morning. Studies suggest that eating only when you’re most active and giving your digestive system a long break each day may help to regulate weight.
BREAKFAST LIKE A KING, LUNCH LIKE A QUEEN AND DINNER LIKE A BEGGAR!
Healthy eating tip 2: Reduce sugar
Aside from portion size, perhaps the single biggest problem with the modern Western diet is the amount of added sugar in our food. As well as creating weight problems, too much sugar causes energy spikes and has been linked to diabetes, depression. Reducing the amount of candy and desserts you eat is only part of the solution as sugar is also hidden in foods such as bread, cereals, canned soups and vegetables, pasta sauce, margarine, instant mashed potatoes, frozen dinners, low-fat meals, fast food, and ketchup. Your body gets all it needs from sugar naturally occurring in food so all this added sugar just means a lot of empty calories.
Tips for cutting down on sugar
- Slowly reduce the sugar in your diet a little at a time to give your taste buds time to adjust and wean yourself off the craving.
- Avoid sugary drinks. Try drinking sparkling water with a splash of fruit juice instead.
- Don’t replace saturated fat with sugar. Many of us make the mistake of replacing healthy sources of saturated fat, such as whole milk dairy, with refined carbs or sugary foods, thinking we’re making a healthier choice. Low-fat doesn’t necessarily mean healthy, especially when the fat has been replaced by added sugar to make up for loss of taste.
- Avoid processed or packaged foods like canned soups, frozen dinners, or low-fat meals that often contain hidden sugar that quickly surpasses the recommended limit.
- Be careful when eating out. Most gravy, dressings and sauces are also packed with salt and sugar, so ask for it to be served on the side.
- Eat healthier snacks. Cut down on sweet snacks such as candy, chocolate, and cakes. Instead, eat naturally sweet food such as fruit, peppers, or natural peanut butter to satisfy your sweet tooth.
- Check labels and choose low-sugar products.
We also need to eat some fruits and veggie,
- Greens. Branch out beyond lettuce. Kale, mustard greens, broccoli, and Chinese cabbage are all packed with calcium, magnesium, iron, potassium, zinc, and vitamins A, C, E, and K.
- Sweet vegetables. Naturally sweet vegetables—such as corn, carrots, beets, sweet potatoes, yams, onions, and squash—add healthy sweetness to your meals and reduce your cravings for added sugars.
- Fruit. Fruit is a tasty, satisfying way to fill up on fiber, vitamins, and antioxidants. Berries are cancer-fighting, apples provide fiber, oranges and mangos offer vitamin C, and so on.
That's all for my entry for now. Till we meet again dearies. Eat healthy and live your life cheerfully.!
